There are a huge number of different types of edible woodland mushroom all with different flavours and seasons that allow you to enjoy them all year round.
We are now experimenting with Oyster mushrooms to 'digest' damaged books that cannot be resold, as well as a small organic woodland plot that will hopefully lead on to a bigger project.
